I have been a patient of Dr Jones for 12 years and he has been exemplary in his care of me ,particularly following my breast cancer ,making sure there was no spread contributing to my back problems. As I have got older he has continued to treat me for general degeneration of my spine . He is thorough,and always listens attentively to my problems and offers treatment and relief. He is invariably cheerful and warm , friendly and positive while maintaining his professionalism.He is a rare example of how doctors should treat their patients.

I could not have done without Dr Hugh Jones during the last few years. He has been unfailingly kind, considerate and sympathetic and has such a brilliant sense of humour that he makes me laugh even when I am in pain and feeling pretty miserable. He is totally professional and I trust his judgement completely, I am always recommending him to my friends who suffer from similar problems. I think that we are very lucky to have a person of his calibre in our area.

Dr Jones is the best consultant I have ever seen. I was in chronic pain when I went to see him first and had given up. He immediately gave me temporary pain relief whilst sorting out the long term solution. he listened to me and understood totally. Ongoing, he is very careful when I see him and leaves no stone unturned. Dr Jones has given me a second chance at life. I was also treated by Dr Jones with great dignity and he understood that I needed to know all the details about my condition and ongoing treatment..

Dr Jones always listens and gives due time and consideration, as well as being imformative about my medical condition. He has a very pleasant manner and seems to care about the individual. Many could learn from his good example. A total professional and I feel lucky to have had him as my consultant for the past 7 years.
